Business Continuity During COVID-19 Restrictions in Victoria

Media Releases September 9, 2020
NATA team

As the COVID-19 situation escalates across Victoria, we wish to provide all our clients with an update on NATA’s plan to provide continuity of services.
Office Closure
Following the announcement of Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, NATA’s Office located at 2-6 Railway Parade, Camberwell will be closed from 4:00pm on Wednesday, 5 August 2020 to 28 the October, pending further notification from the government and health authorities..
All NATA offices in the other states remain open.
Continuity of Service
Since the outbreak of this pandemic, we have focussed on updating our systems and increasing our efficiencies to ensure all our services can continue to be provided remotely.  All our Melbourne staff are fully equipped to work remotely and a majority have been doing so already for some time.
Our national phone line will continue to be available on 1800 626 666. Alternatively, you are welcome to make contact directly with your Client Coordinator via email or mobile.
We understand that these restrictions will have a heavy impact on many businesses across Victoria and we will continue to support our clients during these challenging times, working closely together to continue to provide our services to you.
It is expected these arrangements will be in place for an initial period of 6 weeks in line with Victorian Government announcements, but we will remain flexible and ready to adapt to the circumstances and our clients’ needs. We will continue to provide updates as the situation changes.
In the meantime, please stay safe and in touch in relation to your accreditation needs.
