Feedback - Introduction

NATA encourages feedback via several channels and is committed to actively improving the delivery of our services to all our customers on the basis of what we hear.

This section of the website is designed to facilitate feedback on NATA’s services.  It enables users to lodge complaints, provide comments or complete surveys on our activities and services, all from the one location.

NATA treats complaints seriously and in accordance with a rigorous process. 

  • The survey section contains links to three surveys which can be submitted at any time. Users of our services and volunteer technical assessors are encouraged to complete these surveys.
  • The complaints section describes this process and includes a form for submitting complaints on-line.
  • The contact us section provides general information on how to contact NATA for any questions.

We also encourage you to raise queries at any time with your regular NATA contact.  If a particular staff member is unable to assist you they will ensure that the appropriate person contacts you as quickly as possible.
