Access to technical advice from assessors and technical committees
NATA has access to more than 3000 experts across numerous fields and programs of accreditation. Technical issues can be referred to any of its technical committees.

Management access
As a NATA member you can also seek assistance via direct email links to any of NATA's Field or Program Managers.

NATA News
For more than 30 years, NATA News has been one of the best sources of information on accreditation practices in Australia. NATA News focuses on engaging articles and providing independent, expert technical information to members. It is sent free of charge to members on a quarterly basis.

Recognition of your accredited services
Members are automatically listed on the Find a Lab directory. The directory is widely marketed by NATA to industry, government and other sectors, and provides full details of the member's accredited services, contact details and links to their own website. This is a free service to both the member and the customer.

Phone referral service
NATA's offices across Australia receive dozens of calls each day from those seeking to have products tested, inspected or calibrated. Callers are given the contact details of a NATA member who can meet their needs.

Recognition in foreign markets
For those members exporting materials, goods and products with accompanying test, calibration or inspection reports to foreign markets, or just seeking international recognition for their domestic services, NATA provides the most widely recognised accreditation in the world.

Use of NATA logo
The easiest and most effective means of identifying your facility as competent and reliable is by using the NATA logo on your stationery, promotional and advertising material, and reports of testing, calibration and inspection activities.

Marketing and promotion of members
NATA actively promotes its members and helps them promote themselves. As well, NATA is committed to raising general industry and community awareness about the value of using accredited services.

Discounts on NATA training courses
NATA operates a wide range of training courses in laboratory management, quality control and auditing. Members receive a discount on training course fees.

Discounts on NATA seminar participation
As part of NATA's ongoing education programs, NATA regularly offers special interest seminars, which present issues that impact on the management of laboratories or the environment in which they operate. NATA members receive regular notification of coming seminars and a discount on the regular fee.

Access to technical information
Though no longer limited to members, NATA's website provides access a huge library of free on-line publications covering good laboratory practice, application of international standards, technical notes and much more.
