Mark Owttrim has been an assessor with NATA since 1987 and has expertise in the following areas;

In addition to developing electronic testing systems, he currently has a lead role in test method development and the documentation of various laboratory systems and manuals.

Mark is currently the Director (Material Services) at the Department of Transport and Main Road, Queensland. He is also the NATA Authorised Representative for facilities in the Construction Materials Testing, Measurement Sciences and Technology, and Chemical Testing fields as well as in the Inspection program.
